Two complementary areas of expertise.
Coworking and flex operators offering virtual or registered-office services are already in scope, and expectations continue to sharpen.
Registered-address and virtual office providers must be AML-registered, typically supervised by HMRC, to trade legally.
HMRC published significantly expanded guidance for Trust or Company Service Providers, sharpening expectations around risk assessment, supply chains and the risks facing the sector.
Much of the information operators need already exists across the workspace platform, Companies House and specialist verification providers. The opportunity is to connect it with the right compliance logic.
Kube is a logical first use case, not necessarily the limit of the opportunity. If it proves valuable, the underlying framework, CDD, ownership, risk, monitoring, triggers, human review and audit trail, could be configured for other regulated real-estate activities and jurisdictions over time.

Explore other relevant regulated UK real-estate use cases where the same architecture could apply, with sector-specific rules and workflows.
Adapt the framework for relevant European markets where there's a clear regulatory and commercial case, localising requirements, data sources and customer journeys.
These models aren't mutually exclusive. I'm open to exploring the structure that best fits Yardi's product roadmap, from licensing the underlying logic through to jointly developing a capability and supporting customers longer term.
